Your quality of life and helping you feel healthy and happy is what Inspired Living is all about. We try to help you achieve this through paying attention to four key areas: Individual choice, Active ageing, Living well, Lifelong learning.

A choice to live at OPH may help you lead a longer, healthier, happier life.

Individual choice.

Don’t need any care? Fine. Yoga not your thing? Fine too. This applies to everything from activities in the building and out along with menu options or lifelong learning courses.

Active ageing.

Endless options are what we aim for with our scheduled activities. The choices range from visual, interpretive and culinary arts to music therapy, dance, yoga, cardio, balance training, strength training, weight classes, games night, chef’s cooking tips, TED Talks, movie nights, wellness seminars, quilting/knitting clubs and a huge variety of social events across the seasons.

Living well.

Personal trainers, gyms, holistic fitness—these aren’t just for millennials. Of course, living well also includes how you eat. That’s why our menus are prepared fresh and without refined sugars and a reduction of saturated fats. Yes, the food’s delicious too.

Lifelong learning.

Keep learning, keep achieving, keep accomplishing. Yes, you know lots already, but there’s always more. We have classes instructed by knowledgeable, skilled staff and expert community partners. These classes are all available on a drop-in basis with no sign up requirements. Try one out at one of our buildings this week.
