Not looking for any care? That’s great. Yoga not your thing? No problem, either! This applies to everything at OPH… from activities in the building to menu options or lifelong learning courses. We honour each individual’s choice.
Endless options are what we aim for with our scheduled activities. Choices range from visual, interpretive and culinary arts to music therapy, dance, yoga, cardio, balance training, strength training, weight classes, games night, chef’s cooking tips, TED Talks, movie nights, wellness seminars, music performances, quilting/knitting clubs, gardening and a huge variety of social events across the seasons.
Personal trainers, gyms, holistic fitness—these aren’t just for millennials! Of course, living well also includes how you eat. That’s why our menus are prepared fresh and without refined sugars and a reduction of saturated fats. Yes, the food’s delicious too.
Keep learning, keep achieving, keep accomplishing. Yes, you know lots already, but there’s always more. We have classes led by knowledgeable, skilled staff and expert community partners. These classes are all available on a drop-in basis with no sign up requirements.
